Description
Whether you like the old hymn or deer hunting, this wood plaque is perfect for you. I am personally not a hunter, so when I see this, I get the song stuck in my head….As the deer panteth for the water…. Good stuff.
This is not a large piece of wood, but the time it took to create was considerable. Take a look at the photos to see why. There is a lot of detail in there. The fur of the deer, while they don’t look wood burned, they actually have been burned, just at a very light temperature. This makes it have a slightly more shiny texture. Take a look around the entire wood and you will see all sort of textures that really just bring the piece to life. Can you just hear the water peacefully trickling around their feet on the brisk day as the dew just begins to evaporate off the foliage?
This handmade decoration is ready for you to hang on your wall – there is a sawtooth hanger on the back along with some little felt pieces that will help prevent any scratches on the wall. Or if you prefer, you can put this piece of wood on an easel to display on a table or shelf. Whatever you choose, it will look great in your home!
