Have you ever walked on the sand of the beach and just felt the peaceful presence of your Heavenly Father? I know I have. There is nothing like the powerful waters of the ocean rushing onto the sand. As I was woodburning this verse, I could see this being a wonderful encouraging gift to give someone in a youth group or bible study group. A gift that would keep giving as a reminder of what this verse is saying.

This was a collaborative piece that I did with my husband. He did the sparkly resin ocean and I did the wood burned verse – 1 Peter 5:7-“Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.” He then finished the wood with a glossy polycrylic to make the whole thing shine.

The wood slice is approximately 4-1/2 inches in diameter. This is a great sized piece to use as a decoration on a shelf, desk, dresser. The little plastic stand shown in the photos comes included with the price, so it is all ready to for you to display!
