HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?

Simply send Tracy an email at “tracy@countrydandelions.com” or call/text her at 423-300-1389 to discuss what you are interested in. Generally, prices will be very similar to those listed on the website. Prices will vary depending on new design work, complexity of the project, and finishes requested such as acrylic paint. We will discuss everything in detail before any work begins. Photos will be sent to you via email or text message throughout the process. When complete, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you. Once paid, the item will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.

WHAT IF I SEE AN ITEM I WANT BUT IT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If you see an item that you want, but see that it is sold out, we can make another one for you! Just contact Tracy at “tracy@countrydandelions.com” or text/call her at 423-300-1389. Discuss what product you are interested in, and we will begin creating it right away. Once it is done, we will add it to our online shop and let you know so you can purchase it if you like it.

Everything is handmade and unique, so you will not get an identical piece from the one you see is sold out. This is why we do not ask you to commit to purchasing the item before it is created. You will be able to see the new finished work in an updated shop listing and can then decide if you still like it, or if you are no longer interested. (Note, this is a different commitment level than custom work, because if you do not like a piece that has no personalized name on it, we can sell it to someone else.)

Payment & Shipping

We ship all items (except for freight sized) via USPS. We observe the 7th day Sabbath, so to avoid postal work on Saturdays, we will ship your item on either a Monday or a Tuesday so it will get to you by Friday of that week. For larger items that require freight shipping, we will work with either FedEx or UPS depending on the best shipment prices. Shipping within the United States is always free.

No. At this time we only ship within the United States.

For non-freight items, we ship everything with the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship things out on Mondays or Tuesdays so that they will get to you by Friday of that same week.

If you are ordering an item we have in stock, the item will ship on the Monday or Tuesday following successful payment.

If you are ordering a custom product, or an item that needs to be made again because it is out of stock, it will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to create, and then ship. Please contact us if you have deadline and we will work with you to see if we can meet that deadline. We will be upfront with you, and will not take the job if the deadline is not attainable.

We do our best to photograph all our products to provide a realistic size and image so you know exactly what you are getting. If the product arrives damaged, we ask you to please send a photo as soon as you receive the damaged product to “tracy@countrydandelions.com”. At that time we will issue a full refund.

If the product is not damaged, but you are not satisfied with what you received, you may return it at your own shipping expense. Once we receive the item back, and see it has not been damaged or altered, we will refund you 75% of the total price you paid. This is because we need to recoup the postage we paid to ship you the item and will now need to try to resell the item at a discounted price.

If the returned product has been damaged or altered (unless by fault of the postal carrier), we will not be able to issue any refunds.

We will only accept returns of custom orders if there is not a name personalized on it. This is because we cannot try to resell the product that has your or a loved one’s name on it. If the custom piece can be resold, we will issue a refund in the same manner as described above.

As mentioned, we do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction of our work to avoid the need for returns.

For online orders, we use PayPal which allows you to pay with your own PayPal account or a major credit card.
