Custom Made

With any form of art, sometimes you just get inspired to create something and go for it. That is what you will see with a lot of our work on this website. We have an idea in our head and then we transfer it to some form of medium. Sometimes there is no big story behind a piece other than just wanting to make a picture of a pretty flower.

But there is something special to us when someone asks and then trusts us to create a piece of work designed especially for them. It is a challenge we enjoy because we have to come up with a design that not only pleases us, but also is something that will suit the customer’s style and tastes as well. Sometimes we get the design made and everyone is happy at this first round. But sometimes we are working together and modifying things based on comments and suggestions. Which also is enjoyable because we learn more about other people and their likes and dislikes and learn how to mesh our ideas with theirs.

Not only is a custom piece of artwork special to us – but is also special for the recipient. When someone sees a coaster, magnet, or sign in your home with your name wood burned on it, they know it was not something you just picked up at a store. It has a story, and it has time and effort that was put into its creation.

Prices will be similar to what you see already posted on the website, but may vary depending on the complexity of the project you have in mind. We will always be upfront with you from the beginning, and once we agree to a price, it will not change once we begin working on it.
